Cerrato steps down as Redskins’ front office chief

Bruce Allen is the new general manager of the Washington Redskins . The son of legendary Redskins coach George Allen was hired Thursday morning, shortly after the team announced the resignation of executive vice president of football operations Vinny Cerrato.
